Mandela's Hope | Community Service

Mandela's Hope: One Heart Home was a community service project organized by the Rotaract Club of Navi Mumbai to celebrate Nelson Mandela Day. The project involved visiting the Desire Society orphanage in Vashi, where club members engaged with the children in fun activities, showcased talents, and created a positive and enjoyable environment for the kids, spreading joy and encouragement.

Drop of Hope | Community Service

Drop of Hope is an annual district project of Rotaract in District 3142, where multiple Rotaract and Rotary clubs come together to collect blood units for thalassemia and cancer patients. This collaborative effort aims to bring hope and relief to patients by providing essential support, with this year's event successfully collecting 51 units of blood, emphasizing the power of community collaboration and volunteerism in making a significant impact on those in need.

Aashayein | Community Service

Aashayein is a special initiative aimed at helping students in underprivileged schools. For two months, every weekend, we visit these schools with our own educational materials that go beyond the usual school subjects.

Aashayein is more than just teaching. It's about sparking curiosity, creativity, and self-confidence in these students. We use fun activities and cover important topics that aren't part of their regular school lessons. Our goal is to give these students the skills they need to dream big and achieve their goals.

Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam 2.0 | International Service

Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam 2.0 was an inspiring Rotaract project that united clubs from six different countries during International Friendship Week. Through virtual sessions, it celebrated international harmony and cross-cultural exchange, showcasing the unique essence and heritage of Romania, Nepal, Mexico, Nigeria, and Sri Lanka. This initiative underscored the interconnectedness of humanity and the value of embracing diversity in enriching our global collective journey.

Dastaan - E | Editorial

The Daastan-e Project aimed to foster personal connections among club members by having them share memorable life experiences through written anecdotes. Participants exchanged these stories and engaged in lively discussions, strengthening their relationships. The project included both online and offline components, with the top three stories being honored with gifts and shared during a storytelling session, successfully achieving its goal of bringing members closer together and highlighting the power of storytelling in building bonds and exchanging knowledge.

Monsoon Dribble 2.0 | Sports 

"Monsoon Dribble 2.0" was an eagerly awaited football tournament that brought together Rotaract Club for a day of friendly competition. Eight teams showcased their skills and teamwork in vibrant jerseys. The matches were intense and demonstrated exceptional abilities. The event successfully promotes healthy competition, community unity, and celebrated the passion of football players, leaving a lasting impact on all participants.

Rakhi with a Gratitude Heart | Community Service

The Rakhi with a Gratitude Heart initiative by the Rotaract Club of Navi Mumbai aimed to honor and appreciate the dedication of city police officers and traffic police. On Raksha Bandhan, club members visited the Nerul Police Station to express gratitude, interact with officers, and tie Rakhis on their wrists as a gesture of appreciation. This heartfelt event aimed to bridge the gap between the community and its protectors, fostering unity and mutual respect while sharing the Raksha Bandhan spirit.

Potluck Party | Club Service

The potluck gathering was a delightful event that united club members in a culinary celebration, showcasing a wide array of dishes representing diverse backgrounds and flavors. It offered a glimpse into the bond and camaraderie within the club, emphasizing the significance of shared moments and unity, beyond their charitable activities.

End Thalassemia | Community Service

The Thalassemia Triumph: Gift of Life project, a joint endeavor by the Rotary Club of Navi Mumbai and the Rotaract Club of Navi Mumbai, aimed to raise awareness about Thalassemia and the importance of early detection and testing. Held on September 2nd at Father Agnel Business School, Vashi, the event featured informative sessions to educate attendees about preventing Thalassemia major through accessible testing, alleviating the burdens on affected families. This collaborative effort highlighted the resilience of Thalassemia warriors and emphasized community support, symbolizing unity and awareness in the fight against Thalassemia.

Iccha | Community Service

ICCHA is a heartwarming two-day initiative that aims to bring joy and hope to young cancer patients. On the first day, the team meets these brave children, fills their day with playful activities, and secretly collects their deepest wishes. On the second day, they return with surprises, gifts, and activities to fulfill those wishes, demonstrating a commitment to making dreams a reality for these courageous young souls and spreading warmth and love within the community.

Ring of Rookies | Club Service

Rings of Rookies was a Fresher's Party organized by the club service directors to promote bonding among club members. Held at Bohemia Cafe in Belapur, it featured casual party attire and fun activities, including a game of dares and a Yes/No game. The event provided club members with a relaxed and welcoming environment to interact and strengthen their connections.

Eco-Friendly Ganesha | Entrepreneurship Development

The Eco-Friendly Ganesha Project promoted sustainability by selling eco-friendly Ganesha idols made from clay and sand, reducing the environmental impact of traditional practices. A portion of the proceeds supported the "Ichha Project," fulfilling the wishes of children with cancer. 

Additionally, the authentic part of the project introduced young children to eco-friendly Ganesha idol crafting, instilling environmental consciousness and nurturing their artistic talents. With hands-on experiences, educational discussions, and entertainment, it fostered a deep understanding of environmental responsibility among the future generation.

BOD's Leadership Summit I | Team Revival and Sustenance

The Rotaract Club of Navi Mumbai organized a training session on "Project Management" for its board of directors, led by Rtn Swapnil Kadu. The session equipped board members with crucial skills and concepts to plan, execute, monitor, and successfully complete projects. Emphasis was placed on setting clear goals, resource management, and teamwork. This training not only enhanced their project management abilities but also boosted their confidence and enthusiasm for community service projects in the upcoming year. It marks a significant step towards greater efficiency and impactful leadership within the club.

Atmanirbhar BOD 4.0 | Training, Revival and Sustenance

The Aatmanirbhar BOD workshop aimed to enhance the independence and skill set of the Board of Directors, covering critical abilities like report writing, project content creation, creatives, and video shooting/editing. This comprehensive approach prepared them for their year-long responsibilities and personal growth, emphasizing the importance of self-sufficiency and skill development. Ultimately, the workshop successfully equipped the Board of Directors with a versatile skill set for both their personal and professional lives.

Fast Break Fury - Handball Workshop | Sports 

Fast Break Fury: Handball Clash was an action-packed handball workshop that began with invigorating warm-ups and featured dynamic training led by Varun Nair. What made it unique was the random team formation through chit draws, adding an element of surprise. The event included four intense matches, fostering camaraderie and laughter as friendships were forged on the court. It concluded with photos to mark the celebration of teamwork, sportsmanship, and the joy of coming together for a shared passion.

The Pink Drive is a month-long initiative dedicated to breast cancer awareness. Throughout this campaign, we engage in various activities to educate, inform, and unite individuals in the fight against breast cancer. Stay with us to learn, share, and support this important cause.

Club Service

बोल - The Art of Speaking was a transformative workshop in collaboration with the Rotaract Club of Navi Mumbai Sunrise, featuring Dr. Nilima Chaudhary, an expert in public speaking. The workshop covered essential topics such as body language, expressions, confidence-building, and voice modulation, empowering participants with practical tools for effective communication. Its interactive approach, including engaging activities and video analysis, provided a hands-on learning experience, making it an invaluable opportunity for skill enhancement and leaving a lasting impact on all attendees.
